Book accommodation using a gift voucher
NOTE: You can only redeem a gift voucher via our support team
If you want to use a View Retreats Gift Voucher, you must contact our support team to finalise your booking. You can redeem your voucher by calling 1300 368 337 (Int. +61 3 9013 4858) or by submitting an enquiry.
Please note that you cannot use a gift voucher to complete an online booking. Vouchers can only be redeemed via our support team and may only be used to book accommodation listed as 'Pay Now'.
If you have already made a booking online, we are unfortunately unable to apply the voucher to that booking and a new booking will need to be made. Cancellation fees may apply to the booking you completed online.
If the value of your booking is greater than the value of your voucher, the balance must be paid in full at time of booking. This additional payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Fees may apply.
