Bookings made online
If you made your booking online, you can also make changes to your booking online. Retrieve your booking by clicking on the button in your confirmation email, or by selecting the 'Manage Bookings
' link in the User menu in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will need your email address and itinerary number or password to make changes to your booking.
What changes can you make to your booking?
Free of charge - guest name corrections, special requests & accessibility options
Fees may apply - property, travel dates, room type or number of guests
If a change is likely to incur additional fees, you will need to contact our 24/7 booking support team on 1800 812 418 to complete your change.
Gift Voucher bookings made via our support team
If you have made a Gift Voucher booking via our support team, you will also need to contact us in order to make a change to your booking. You are not able
to make changes to these assisted bookings online. Please submit a ticket
via our Support Centre or call our specialist team on 1300 368 337
