Gift cards purchased with a credit card will be issued via email instantly. You may choose to also send the gift card directly to the lucky recipient.

Gift cards purchased by bank transfer will only be issued upon receipt of your proof of payment. Send us a copy of your bank transfer receipt before 5.00pm AEST on regular business days to receive your gift card via email within 1 hour. If you do not send us a copy of your bank transfer receipt, your gift card will be issued when we receive your transfer - which may take up to 72 hours depending on your financial institution.

If you have opted for the digital gift card to be sent to the lucky receiver, they will also receive an email once we have received the payment.

Please note, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide correct details during the order process.

Gift cards can be reissued upon confirmation of the original purchase details. For security reasons, we can only resend a gift card to the person who originally purchased it.
