You made your original booking via our support team
Only bookings made online can be retrieved & changed online.
If you made your booking via our support team, you will not be able to view or change your booking via our website. This is common with Gift Voucher bookings that are handled by our support team via email or phone. If you need to change or cancel your booking you will need to contact our support team for assistance.
You booked on our old website
Our brand new website platform launched on 9th April 2021. If you booked prior to this date, you won't be able to retrieve or change your booking online.

You booked via a different website
We know it sounds crazy, but you'd be amazed at how many times people try to retrieve bookings that were made on different websites. Please make sure you check your original confirmation documentation to ensure your booking was made via View Retreats. If so, and if you still can't retrieve your booking, please
