My choice of accommodation is cheaper than my gift card amount, what happens now?
The remaining credit will remain active for as long as the original validity period of the gift card. This means that you can use the remaining credit towards booking another stay at another time.
My choice of accommodation is more expensive than my gift card amount, what happens now?
Full payment of your booking is always required when using a gift card (except when booking one of our Wellness Holidays). As such, you'll be asked to pay the remaining balance of your booking prior to us confirming your reservation. This amount can either be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. A credit card fee of 1.9% applies. If you are not able to pay the price difference at the time of booking, we'll be unable to confirm the booking.
