If you changed or cancelled a booking and are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation request being received. It then depends on your card provider as to how long it will take before the refund is received on your end. This may take up to 7 days but is usually much quicker.
When you submit a cancellation request, you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
