You can submit a special request (i.e. late check-out, roll-away bed etc) when you book your stay online. Please note that special requests are not guaranteed, are subject to availability and approval by the accommodation provider, and may incur an additional fee.

To enter a special request, click on the blue 'Special Requests' link on the checkout page. Enter your request and complete your booking. You may wish to contact the accommodation provider directly to check whether your request can be accepted. You'll receive the direct contact details for the accommodation provider in your booking confirmation email.
