Troubleshooting declined payments
If your payment was declined, there could be a few different reasons;
- You exceeded your card limit. Check whether the card has enough funds available or contact your card issuer to increase your spending limit.
- You may have entered incorrect details, such as card number or billing postcode/ zip code. Verify you have entered the correct details.
- Your payment method may not be supported. Check the payment page whether your card is accepted.
- Your card issuer may have seen the transaction as suspicious and blocked it due to it not fitting your normal spending pattern. Contact your card issuer for help and try again.
