Upon completion of your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation with your itinerary including the booking details, price breakdown, accommodation contact details and our 24/7 booking support number. You can also retrieve your itinerary online.

Click the 'View Itinerary' button in your confirmation email or click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the website and click on the 'Manage bookings' link. Enter the email address that you used when booking your stay, followed by your itinerary number or your password (if you have a View Retreats account).

If you do not know your itinerary number, follow the instructions above to retrieve your itinerary. When you get to the prompt to enter your itinerary number or password, click the blue Forgotten your itinerary number? link and enter your booking email address and we'll send you a reminder.
